All In Order provides legal support services, consultancy, document preparation, research, and administrative assistance. All In Order is not a firm of solicitors and does not carry out reserved legal activities or provide legal representation unless expressly stated in writing.
- Scope of Services
All In Order provides non-reserved legal support services, which may include:
- Legal consultancy and procedural guidance
- Document drafting and preparation
- Research and case preparation
- Court support, McKenzie Friend support, and appropriate adult services (where agreed)
- Administrative and organisational assistance
Clients remain fully responsible for their own cases, decisions, filings, and submissions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- No Legal Representation
Unless expressly agreed in writing:
- All In Order does not act as a solicitor or barrister
- All In Order does not provide legal representation
- All In Order does not provide advice on the merits of a case as a qualified legal practitioner
All services are provided strictly as support services.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests for information
- Review all documents carefully before use or submission
- Remain responsible for compliance with court rules, deadlines, and outcomes
All In Order is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the client.
- Fees and Payment
- Fees are agreed in advance and may be charged on an hourly, fixed-fee, or retainer basis
- Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Work will not commence until payment has been received
- All prices are stated in GBP (£)
Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Refunds
- Fixed-fee work is non-refundable once work has commenced
- Hourly services are charged for time spent
- Refunds may be issued at All In Order’s discretion where work has not begun
This clause does not affect statutory consumer rights.
- Cancellations
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.
Where work has already commenced, fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation remain payable.
- Confidentiality
All In Order will treat client information as confidential and will process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Confidentiality may be disclosed where required by law or by a lawful authority.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- All In Order is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Third-Party Services
All In Order may use third-party services, including payment processors or cloud-based systems.
All In Order is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
- Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be submitted in writing.
All In Order will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.
Data-related complaints may be escalated to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
- Equality and Respect
All In Order is committed to providing services fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of services.
- Termination
All In Order reserves the right to terminate services where:
- These Terms and Conditions are breached
- Payment is not made
- Continued provision of services is no longer appropriate
Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Updates to These Terms
All In Order may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version in force at the time services are provided will apply.
By instructing All In Order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Language-Supported Services

All In Order (AIO) Legal Support Services may offer language-supported assistance to clients whose first language is not English. This may include translating client communications into English, preparing documents in English, and translating those documents back into the client’s language for understanding.

Language-supported services are provided to assist comprehension and communication only. They do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or certified translation services.

Any translations provided are non-certified and are supplied solely to aid the client’s understanding. Where a certified, sworn, or officially verified translation is required, the client is responsible for obtaining such services from an appropriately qualified provider.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the English-language version of any document prepared by AIO is the version intended for submission or reliance upon.

While reasonable care is taken when providing translations, AIO shall not be liable for reliance placed upon non-certified translations where an official translation is required or recommended.

Additional fees may apply for language-supported services. All applicable fees will be agreed with the client in advance of work commencing.
